Here is another bug that I’m not familiar with. First time to see one of these. I thought it was a type of stink bug, but this is way bigger and longer. Like stink bugs, they hang around leaves and trees.

Light Source: Single speedlite 430EX II in ETTL, firmly mounted on the it’s tiny flash stand. The light is position in front of bug slight to it’s right ¬†about 1ft away¬†from him. Flash remotely fired using the Canon 60d’s built pop-up flash. Taken using a Canon EOS 60d and a Canon EF 70-200mm F/4 L IS USM with a Pro-Optic Auto Extension Tube.
