Crossing The Street
This photo was taken in the corner of 7th Street and Michigan near the Washington Convention Center. The gentleman in the photograph appears to be thinking of something while he was crossing the street. His head down, just looking on the ground as if he was counting his steps. I took the shot just before I started to cross the street and just when I was pressing the shutter he raised his head up, just in time for me to take the shot. Taken with a Canon Rebel XS and a Tamron 17-50mm F/2.8 VC @ 50mm, ISO 100, Aperture Priority, F/5, with a shutter speed of 1/250...
